Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any item where the original factory seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened. This is for the safety and health of all our customers. Items that have been opened or used are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
You may return unopened items in their original, factory-sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Condition: Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
To start a return, please contact us at happy@pcock.co. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customer Error/Change of Mind:
For "change of mind" returns on unopened items, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs.
Defective or Wrong Items:
If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your product arrives with a manufacturer defect or is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a brief description and a photo or video of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or a refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
